Introduction To The New Testament

Jesus and the Four Gospels are well know to most Christians. In this course we will go beyond this basic understanding and explore the Jewish setting of Jesus’ life and ministry, what Jesus said about himself, and what his message was (no it is not about love!). We will also discuss why the New Testament came into existence and how the message of Jesus leads to his crucifixion from the perspectives of Jesus, the Jews, and the Romans. We will also discuss what Christian values are and how Christians should live their lives.
